The HB ASSOCIATI office was established in Reggio Calabria – RC - Italy in June 2007 by the lawyers Claudio Antonino Laganà and Marco Pascarella, specialised in civil and international law.
The intention to combine expertise in international immigration law with experience in litigation resulted in the foundation of a company capable of acting with equity skill in providing legal advice to clients and in representation before the court of a law for the recognition of Italian citizenship.
The office, headquartered in Italy, operates under the management of Dr. Claudio Antonino Laganà who, balancing his role as a lawyer, is responsible for carrying out administrative procedures with Italian municipalities and judicial and maternal proceedings before the Civil Court.
Its team is composed of 3 lawyers, 2 consultants, 1 back office agent.
In addition to its headquarters in Italy, HB ASSOCIATI maintains a branch in São Paulo – SP – Brazil. The Brazilian branch is responsible for analyzing and issuing the correct documentation suitable for the citizenship process, late registrations, judicial corrections before the Brazilian courts, management of the activity schedule, and all other activities related to citizenship recognition. The leadership, advertisement, and supervision of all activities at the Brazilian office are currently exercised exclusively by founding partner Marco Pascarella.

With an organizational structure compatible with the characteristic of personalized client service, the firm is currently experiencing an expantion phase. While growing without losing this main characteristic, it is fully dedicated to meeting the interests and specific needs of each client, adopting a proactive approach to which all HB ASSOCIATI professionals participate as part of multidisciplinary study groups to analyze and formulate legal solutions.
The general supervision of activities is the main the responsibility of lawyers Claudio Laganà and Marco Pascarella, the founding partners coocrdinating different areas of the company's operations.
